When I received my tux and tried it on, the only thing that fit were the shoes. The pants, shirt and jacket were all too small. I called them and went over all my issues and they sent me out a new set in plenty of time before the wedding. All the new stuff fit perfectly.

Overall I was pleased with the customer service rep I spoke with, but the fit was just ok on the pants on the second try and they were missing both buttons. I received this 3 days before the wedding so just had to go with the flow. Otherwise the quality was good.

Original fit wasn’t close on my Jacket, vest and shirt. I sent in my measurements and was given tops that were two sizes to small. I then called and had to pay $50 to have the proper sized tops shipped to me. I get mistakes happen but if you check the internet this seems to be a common mistake which makes me wonder if this is a business model. Why do I have to pay for the shipping for their mistake is my question. It worked all worked out which I am thankful for but the cost of extra shipping was annoying.

Two of the five groomsmen had suits that didn't fit, and my tie was too short so i had to buy a tie clip to make it work. If you want your clothes to fit you need to give measurements, not approximations of body type. The suits were very expensive to rent but low quality except for the shoes which were decent. The price to buy would have been over $500 and my rental was almost $300, but you still have to pay the $500 in addition to the rental price. I can get a suit that's twice the quality for half the price at any suit store

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. What really took it above and beyond was the support provided by the company when I had questions and a last minute need to swap sizes. My giving the fit a "good" vs "great" rating really falls on me and not generation tux. There seemed to be a slight length difference in the sleeves of the coat, but I didn’t pay attention to that when I was trying it on, and I noticed it I am sure they would have sent a replacement -- very minor in the grand scheme of things. Just a bit of advice to listen to them when they ask you questions about the fit! Thank you for a great experience!
